Vegetation

Vegetation - that is trees, shrubs and anything that isn't grass, in Logistics: On Rails is quite dynamic. Plants will slowly expand over available lands, follow their lifecycle and wither, to be replaced by young plants. Vegetation will disregard any land ownership - if there is space to grow, some plant will eventually claim it.

Following the principles from the other features, vegetation is highly customizable. The highest order entity is a 'Forest', which is contains multiple types of 'Trees'. During the course of the game each forest stochastically grows over its origin.
